For over 20 years, attorney Paul Elliot Ross has helped clients throughout the Southwest Twin Cities Metro area who are struggling to pay off their debts.  From the Shakopee law office of Ross & Associates, P.A., Mr. Ross assists individuals in understanding their consumer bankruptcy options, including both Chapter 7 liquidations and Chapter 13 reorganizations.
Mr. Ross is licensed to practice law in both the Minnesota State and Federal courts.  For the benefit of his clients, he stays abreast of current developments in bankruptcy and credit issues by maintaining memberships with both the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys and the Bankruptcy Section of the Minnesota State Bar Association.
Mr. Ross was born in Grand Forks, North Dakota, but is a long-time resident of Minnesota.  He obtained his law degree from William Mitchell College in Saint Paul and his undergraduate degree from the University of Minnesota.  He was admitted to the Minnesota Bar in 1989.
